As a member of the Riley County Law Board I review each month the expenses on the Riley County Police Dept. This always includes expenses for firearms, ammo, pepper spray, etc. It is not an insignificent expense over the course of a year. Why not look at state wide buying power--- like off a state contract. Anybody interested in looking into this plus uniforms and other law enforcement equipment? Mike Kearns
